Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order from Quiet Witness. If something is not right, please contact us at info@quietwitness.net and we will be glad to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition, with any original tags or packaging where applicable. You will also need your order number or other proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Before sending anything back, please email info@quietwitness.net with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please do not send returns to an address without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at info@quietwitness.net. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or otherwise are not in their original condition cannot be returned. Gift cards and personalized or custom-made items, if offered, are also non-returnable except where required by law.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, please contact us first. The fastest way to receive a replacement is usually to return the original eligible item and place a new order once your return has been approved. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after the refund is issued for your bank or card provider to process and post it to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still have not received it, please contact us at info@quietwitness.net.

International Returns

For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties, taxes, or customs charges unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Duties, taxes, and import fees already paid are generally not refundable by Quiet Witness.
